Our Las Brisas holiday apartments have year-round use of this 25 metre pool with separate children's section.  The complex has lift access to all areas. Las Brisas has coast, town and country views and is a five minute downhill walk to the centre of Puerto de Mazarron.

Our spacious ground floor holiday apartment has a large lounge with two comfortable new sofas. Our apartment is on a corner, facing out from the complex, close to the pool, but far enough away to avoid being disturbed by poolside noise.
Glazed doors lead from the dining area to the terrace. The television has Spanish and UK satellite channels.
The bedroom has a cooling ceiling fan. Winter heat is provided by fixed panel bedroom and lounge heaters,  supplemented by a portable heater. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower attachment with a glazed side panel.
The kitchen has granite worktops, oven, ceramic hob, extractor, toaster, fridge freezer and a washing machine.
The corner location has extra windows which help keep our apartment light and airy.

Our 2nd floor, west facing corner apartment faces out from the U shaped Residencial Las Brisas. The location (not poolside) avoids noise disturbance from the pool.
The perfect place to enjoy your evening sundowner, our west-facing balcony has inland mountain and side sea views. The balcony is accessed from the lounge and the twin bedroom. We have a book swap library with about 30 books to enjoy whilst  sunbathing by the  pool or on the balcony.
Our apartment has satellite television with Spanish and UK channels and a DVD player with a small selection of DVDs and CDs. The kitchen has granite worktops, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, extractor and a washing machine.
