For £25 we provide a dedicated phoneline to assist with travel between the airport and your accommodation, meet you on arrival at your villa or apartment to give you the keys and assist with your arrival queries. We include the following complimentary services and gifts: turning on your fridge, water heater and heating (winter) in advance, a bottle of sparkling wine, a bottle of red wine, a bottle of white wine, a bottle of mineral water and a bowl of fresh fruit. 

We refund your security bond approximately 1 week after you depart, in the form you made it (bonds paid in euros are refunded in euros etc.) The security bond protects the owner against damage, breakages, extra cleaning such as unwashed crockery, removing your rubbish, heavy cleaning of ovens and replacing or cleaning items left outdoors
